TAKING A BODY SNAPSHOT FOR THE DAY.

The Body Scan Exercise is a mindfulness practice that helps to develop the skills of deeper listening, introspection & awareness. 

 

An insight into the more subtle layers of the Human Energy Field & Subconscious Cellular Memory.

 

You take a body snapshot to check in daily where you are at and to develop a kinder, more compassionate & non judgmental stance towards yourself.

Ideally done 1-3x daily. An effective tool to introduce the "Observer Self", "Presence Power" & "Soul Resilience".

 

This practice helps to release resistance to pain, trauma, thoughts, emotions, tension, stress, & blockages.
